- DO I HAVE TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO BUY?

Creating an account is not required to place an order.

However, you must provide us with your contact details (last name, first name, email, address, telephone number, etc.) at the time of each payment so that we can process your orders as best as possible.

Creating an account may allow you to access your order history.

- HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER, RETURN AN ORDERED ITEM, OR EXCHANGE IT IN CASE OF DEFECT?

For any refund, whether to cancel an order in progress, or to return/exchange a product which does not meet your expectations, or which is damaged, you have a period of 14 days, from the moment this last one has been delivered to you.

- CAN I ORDER OUTSIDE FRANCE?

All our products can be ordered and delivered in mainland France and overseas, and in all countries of the European Union.
(except United Kingdom).

Different prices are applied depending on the delivery location.

- WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Once your order has been paid, it is instantly sent to us for processing by our logistics department.
All orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order.

- WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY METHODS AND WHAT ARE THE PRICES?

In France :
- Colissimo - Relay point delivery = €3.90
- Colissimo - Standard home delivery = €4.90

Overseas:
- Colissimo - Standard home delivery = €9.90

Other countries of the European Union (except United Kingdom):
- Colissimo - Relay point delivery / Standard home delivery = €6.90

Delivery is free from 50€.

- WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?

With Colissimo delivery (standard) , your package will be delivered within 48 working hours following the sending of your order. In Europe, allow 3 to 4 days for most countries such as Germany, Italy and Ireland.

- WHAT ARE THE MEANS OF PAYMENT?

You can pay via Paypal , Visa or Mastercard .

- IS THE PAYMENT SECURED ?

All direct payment gateways comply with the PCI-DSS standard, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is the joint effort of companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

- HOW TO OBTAIN AN INVOICE?

You automatically receive all your invoices by email. These are also available in the order history of your customer account.

- WHY IS MY PROMO CODE NOT WORKING?

Some promotional codes may be restricted to certain specific groups of customers (example: subscribers to our Newsletter). Promo codes have a certain validity period and may be expired. They can also be limited to a certain number of uses per customer. Certain codes cannot be combined with other current promotional offers.
