Pour tout remboursement, que ce soit pour annuler une commande en cours, ou pour renvoyer / échanger un produit qui ne correspond pas à vos attentes, ou qui est endommagé, vous disposez d'un délai de 14 jours, à partir du moment où ce dernier vous a été livré.

Tous nos produits peuvent être commandés et livrés en France métropolitaine et d'outre-mer, et dans tous les pays de l'Union Européenne
(excepté Royaume-Uni).
Différents tarifs sont appliqués en fonction du lieu de livraison.

Once your order has been paid, it is instantly sent to us for processing by our logistics department.
All orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order.

- Colissimo - Standard home delivery = €5.90
Overseas:
- Colissimo - Standard home delivery = €9.90
Other countries of the European Union (except United Kingdom):
- Colissimo - Relay point delivery / Standard home delivery = €6.90
Delivery is free from 50€.

Avec une livraison Colissimo (standard), votre colis sera livré dans les 48h ouvrés suivant l'envoi de votre commande. En Europe, comptez 3 à 4 jours pour la plupart des pays comme l'Allemagne, l'Italie ou encore l'Irlande.
